The
Art Organisation is keen to support artists working with skills in the spiritual
sense. It is our aim to provide a private space that can provide opportunity
for practitioners working one to one with:
• spiritual healing
• massage and shiatsu
• crystal energy
• aromatherapy, herbalism and other natural remedies
• eastern philosophies
• spirit guidance
• tarot, runes or divination
These rooms are available by hourly/daily/ monthly rent [please contact us].
Both galleries can also be accessed [on an hourly basis – please contact us] for group classes, for practitioners of yoga, music and sound therapies, tai-chi, meditation, stress-management, fitness, dance and movement.

Shiatsu is a traditional hands-on Japanese therapy. It is based on the same principles as acupuncture and involves stretching, holding, manipulation and leaning bodyweight on to various parts of the recipients body to improve energy flow, blood circulation, flexibility and posture.
Among the conditions it can help are:

Back pain
• Headaches, migraines
• Whiplash injuries and neck stiffness
• Joint pain and reduced mobility
• Menstrual problems
• Digestive problems
• Asthmatic problems
• Sports injuries
• Stress, tiredness and depression
The session usually takes place on a padded mat or futon at floor level, although
it is possible to receive shiatsu sitting on a chair if you are unable to lie
down.
The client stays fully clothed throughout.
