The Art Organisation are now taking proposals from those who wish to make use of space for artist’s studios, workshops and offices for the creative industries in the preparation of new artwork and education in the arts.

21 STATION STREET
Situated on the first and second floor, areas have been divided and sectioned to provide private spaces. These studios are available on monthly agreements.

We currently have 2 studios available priced £100/£125 per month, inclusive of a minimal use of electricity.

3-9 STATION STREET
Individual rooms and spaces over four floors, each available on six month or yearly agreements.

There are a variety of sized rooms still available. Prices start from £100 per month, exclusive of electricity.

This is an ideal opportunity for an artist working toward establishing a professional portfolio. Each participant will have access to exhibit through the gallery and promotional support from The Art Organisation.

Every person hiring a studio space can work with The Art Organisation to produce a programme of education suited to their individual skills, and suitable for community access. The Art Organisation can provide links to access a variety of groups seeking the opportunity to take part in such workshops; schools, young persons, disadvantaged persons, socially–excluded persons or persons interested in the arts etc. Working together, funding will be identified and applied for, with monies accessed providing subsidies for studio costs, materials and a part-time wage for their services.

Participants will also have access to facilities within the project.
